Re: Trying to remember schoolbooks from the 80s

I always liked the Village With Three Corners books. The characters were Roger Red-Hat, Billy Blue-Hat, John and Jennifer Yellow-Hat and Percy Green-Hat (never liked him, he was very stuck-up).

Re: Spin off shows that worked .... or didn't

She-Ra should have been great... They had some really good writers working on the show but they played it far too safe and went for too strong a cutesy/comical approach instead of going down the dark...
  6. Re: 80s advert- mother/boy at swimming pool

No worries Heather :) I reposted in the adverts forum because I know for sure it was shown during commercial breaks now... Although someone did tell me the other week they thought it was for Irn-Bru...

Well the second of these PIFs has shown up:

Re: Italian boy moves to Switzerland

I remember this one clearly, it was called 'Pepino' but I can't seem to find anything about it online. It was screened on Saturday mornings around Autumn 1991. It got really dramatic towards the end...
  11. Re: Cartoon on VHS with songs, does anyone know?

There was an animated kids' show called 'Rub A Dub Dub' that featured animals acting out nursery rhymes and children's songs; wasn't that was it?

    The Green Eyed Monster

Does anyone else remember this one-off special shown on Children's ITV? It was a one-off paranormal drama for kids shown in about 1989. The title character 'The Green-Eyed Monster' was a girl who had...

Wow, I don't think I remember any of those, but they sound interesting! I'll keep a look out for them. I co-run a PIFs group on Facebook and we're always posting videos of PIFs on there and looking...

Re: Worst Movie you've ever watched?

I think this is the film that clip is from:

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0112747/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Not an official sequel, more a rip-off that tried to market itself as part of the Jaws series.

    Ann-Marie Ruddock (singer from Amazulu)
    Floella Benjamin
