kids tv - possibly late 70's / early 80's - scary kids ' mannequin' doll

Can remember watching this with my sister so would be in late 70's / early 80's . it had a kid sized doll / mannequin which had a stockinette type face - dont think it had actual eyes just a basic face shape - it may have gone into a large toy box . really disturbing
