Horror film :creatures in the cellar?

couple buy dream home, wife hears voices fron ventilation grills,(something about a fire place?), she gets dragged to cellar by creatures but uses camera flash to escape as they are afraid of light! anyone?

Yesss... nasty film. Saw it as a 10yr old kid and still get goosebumps if I think about it. I think that the - three I think - little creatures were not just in the cellar, but inside of a hole or an old furnace thing. Small, black horrifying opening. Don't let little kids watch this thing!
