hi everyone,
does anyone remember a few art competitions Blue Peter ran in the mid 1970s?
I remember the winner of one being a painting of diver and fish forming a circle. The title stuck in my head. it was called Man in harmony with Fish.
Another art competition they ran was controversial because the winning entry was accused of plagiarism. i think it depicted a group of monsters that looked like mountains (sort of similar to "where the wild things are"). John Noakes held up the painting and the work the artist supposedly copied it from.
Just have vague memories of this.
