  • Name this Playaway presenter

Just found the theme of Playaway and noticed the bloke at the top with the dark hair. He was in quite a few kid's TV shows at the time. Can anybody remember who he is?

I don't know for sure, but maybe Nick Wilton? I know he was in 'Fast Forward'.

Thanks! Apparently he appeared in Playaway, Fast Forward, Number 73, Saturday Superstore and Jackanory. Since then he's cropped up in lots of things including Eastenders, although I would never have recognised him from recent photos!

Tony Robinson (yes, he of "Baldrick " and "Time Team" fame) also appeared on "Playaway." Had a bit of a crush on him in those days...
