Need help identifying my old lego style construction toy

Hi everyone on here
Its a great community and ive been observing for a while.
But i really need you expertise as i recently found a photo of me in the early 70s with my old construction toy
It was made of plastic and was a cross between lego and meccanno

Can anyone help me identify my old lego style construction toy

The picture shows my toy and the red wheels used with white pins



If anyone can help me identify it i would be so greatful
