Dark secrets chocolates

Dark secrets were a box of chocolates you kept in the fridge. Were filled with ice cream. This would be early seventies.

Last year I taste tested some sample chocs that would be stored in the fridge for Cadbury. I thought this was a novel idea. Obviously not! I've not seen them on the market yet so perhaps they were a flop.

The dark secrets only lasted few years, they were nice but long gone. If you think that was novel idea, i remember early 70's , there was a football filled with ice cream !.

Don't recall the football, but my cousin bought me some Dark secrets, could have been 1975? they were truly lovely! I wish they would bring Triple Glory back.

Never saw this! I love the idea, bet they sold loads? But we didn't see many Tonibell vans rounds here (Coventry area) Going off on a slight tangent from Dark Secrets, you may find it interesting to know, I have seen a shire series publication book for Tonibell Ice cream though? My friend who is a collectors book specialist showed it to me.
