Who sang a Million Miles

I heard this song the other day for about only the 3rd/4th time in 25 years. I thought it might of been Five Star who sang it or who coverd it and it was Boy George or may-be George Michael who sang it originaly. Can anyone help or confirm please?

Thanks Darren.I first knew of this song from an episode of Bread series 2, but onlyknew the last part of the song - as it was only the last few lines on the Radion in the scene. It is a great song indeed I think, thanks for the information about it.

I thought the Radio Station said it was Five Star who did, though it could easily of been a cover version possibly though, though i'm not too knowledgeable about bob Dylan and his Music and Song's.

Thanks Onthebusesfan for your help/information. I really really will have to try and see if this song is on Record or CD. Though i've probably heard 3 or 4 (if even that amount) of times in 26 years it is a song that has always stuck in my head as a great hit as some Song's often do sometimes for whatever reason etc etc.
