television movie-Japanese?
I have a memory--very vague of a movie from my childhood that I would love to know the name of! It was animated and I think most likely Japanese. It was about a young girl who was very pale with white hair. She had an older sister or mother or some other relative that was "evil", like a witch or something, also very pale and white blond hair. I have the recollection that the older was trying to make the younger turn "bad" and join her. It was very mysterious (for me at the time) and somewhat frightening. It seems the young girl was on a quest of some sort and that she traveled across a frozen land. I remember that the woman turned the girl into ice---or froze her in a block of ice--oh please do you know this movie?
