Do you really believe the other side without provocation would launch so many ICBM's, subs and ships knowing that we would have no option to launch as well? It would break our MAD Treaty (Mutually Assured Destruction) not to mention the end of the world as we know it.

Agreed Richard - though I'm not a great Radio listener unless in a Car or in a Cafe' etc (which is a great Bonus too if Magic if is on)

            A few more I can think of;

Bonnie Tyler - Total eclipse Of The Heart
T'Pau - China In Your Hand
Tiffany - I think We're Alone Now (though I guess Girls Alouds' version does run it close and gains more coverage as a result)
            Culture Club - Carma Carmelon
Westside - Sonic Boom Boy ( a great song no doubts)
Take my Breath Away - Berlin
Ice Ice Baby (original version - though I can't recall who sang it first)

I've got a few of those in my collection.

Just last week I was looking & found Brother Louie by Modern Talking on Youtube after it popped into my mind that it was a song I hadn't heard for 25+ years.

Sonic Boom Boy was a similar song suggeted by YT, I remember it being used on an episode of Howard's Way.

Ice Ice Baby was by Vanilla Ice, though it samples Queen & David Bowie's Under Pressure.

Sad Cafe - I'm Gonna Keep On Loving You (or whatever it was called)

Kim Wilde - Cambodia (my favourite KW song, still listen to it)

Bronski Beat - Hit That Perfect Beat

                Kate Bush - Cloudbusting

You know, there may be a valid reason why many of these songs don't make it on to radio much these days.

Jungle life by Tarzan boy. I've never managed to own it so it still sounds really good on the rare times I hear it. Such a feel good song.

I never hear Cinderella on the radio.
One of those glam rock bands I used to like. There was something about guys with long permed hair....

If you listen out for Tarzan Boy by Baltimora you may hear it
