An excellent series indeed. Have to say by far my fave though is the 1939 version with Robert Donat, for which he won an Oscar. Which, being in the same year that Gone With The Wind won nearly everything else was a considerable achievement. The worst version of course is the horrendous 1969 musical with Peter O'Toole and Petula Clark.
