    Re: Radio Stations

Radio 2 in the morning(Alex Lester) then straight over to the USB stick in the van radio when Feltz comes on.
Sunshine Radio(local) if I'm doing odd jobs at the house and I need background noise
UVB-76 on shortwave. It's a sinister numbers station that's been broadcasting(and buzzing) from somewhere in Russia for years
The communist stations from N Korea and China on shortwave can be a laugh(Kim-Jong-un won all the gold medals at the Commonweallth Games!)
Local PMR/CB and 2-way radio conversations heard over a scanner can also be very entertaining...
Atlantic 252 and Virgin 1215 were the daily soundtrack to my life in the mid-late 1990s
Absolute 80s on DAB gets the occasional listen but the DJ banter is so inane

Do you really believe the other side without provocation would launch so many ICBM's, subs and ships knowing that we would have no option to launch as well? It would break our MAD Treaty (Mutually Assured Destruction) not to mention the end of the world as we know it.

Used to listen to Talksport online. I liked the late Mike Dickin.

I preferred Talk before it became TalkSport. As well as Mike Dickin I liked James Whale (& Ash, his side-kick!), Tommy Boyd & David Starkey

I do my own radio show for Fuse FM in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland - I will give DYR a plug if you want me to. :-)
