Hello there.
I help identifying a Wartime or possible detective series that was broadcast approx 1970 - 1980s.
My recollection of this TV series is very vague.
I only remember the opening title sequence..
It is dark... and it is raining heavily.
The TV Theme tune is haunting and heavily orchestrated (violins, etc).
There is an epic chase scene between two parties, both driving vintage cars.
I remember huge iron gates.
One party shoots the other party dead, before they can escape. One of the parties collapses and falls dead.
And the above is just the opening sequence to the TV series.
I'm not too sure if I remember a Nazi symbol in the title sequence. Hence why this could be a wartime or detective series.
