I'm hoping there are few members on here from the Basildon area? I have a new job in Chelmsford and I'm trying to find a house in a nice area. I've found a few in Basildon http://www.abbotts.co.uk/forsaleoffice/Basildon/507 I'm just wondering how these prices compare to other similar areas? They seem to be cheaper than Chelmsford? As you can tell I'm not very familiar with the area so I appreciate any advice!
