Children's show set in a cafe

I'm trying to trace a kid's show that was set in a cafe:

All I remember is:

a) it was in the 90s
b) It was on CITV
c) It was run by young women
d) it was not Spatz!


Any ideas please?

Monster Cafe? The main 'monster' was a young woman.

Cafe's seemed to be popular locations in the 1990s, Why Don't You used one for a couple of years & Pigsty was one at a recording studio.

IIRC quite a few scenes from Gruey were set in a cafe too.
