    Hmmm tough call.

    I would probably plump for something by Ash Ra Tempel like 'Amboss', 'Freak N Roll', 'Phantasus' , ,Walking the Desert 2nd Movement: Six Voices' or Manuel Gottsching's solo effort 'E2-E4'.
    Honourable mentions to 'Sylvia' and 'Birth' by Focus, 'Hoedown' by ELP, 'Atom Heart Mother' by Pink Floyd and Mike Oldfield's 'Ommadawn'.

              But The Incredible Bongo Band's version of Apache is hard to beat.
