    RIP Jim Diamond

    Being a big fan of 80s music, I'd just like to say RIP to Jim Diamond who past away on Saturday.
    He had a hit with his band PHD with 'I won't let you down' and his solo #1 hit 'I should have known better' will sound even sadder now.

    I remember Jim being on Alex Dyke's phone-in show on the Isle of Wight

    Do you really believe the other side without provocation would launch so many ICBM's, subs and ships knowing that we would have no option to launch as well? It would break our MAD Treaty (Mutually Assured Destruction) not to mention the end of the world as we know it.

        I was not on DYR when I heard the news about the sad passing of Jim. What an amazing part of growing up listening to Jim's "I Should've Known Better" was. A truly iconic song by an iconic singer indeed
