Did anyone ever have a Mouse Trap that actually worked properly? Every time I played it and the trap was activated you would have to nudge the marble on several times.

My mate had Escape From Colditz. It had a ridiculously convoluted set of rules and instructions. So much so that we ended up making up our own version where one would have to collect all the escape items and one of us would play the Nazis trying to stop them. I don't think anyone ever knew how to play that properly.

We had mouse trap that worked - only played it once before getting bored IIRC...

Do you really believe the other side without provocation would launch so many ICBM's, subs and ships knowing that we would have no option to launch as well? It would break our MAD Treaty (Mutually Assured Destruction) not to mention the end of the world as we know it.

Does anyone remember Hotel, made by MB in the 1980s?

It was a bit like Monopoly, with 6 (I think) hotel sites to be developed, all themed on a different country.

One of my friends had a set, & was a lot better playing it than me, I always seemed to run out of money quickly.
