    Default Donkey Kong

Before the advent of Nintendo Game Boy we had a handheld game called Donkey Kong

The days of innocence yet to be introduced to games such as Grand Theft Auto & many violent games such as Call of Duty

Do you really believe the other side without provocation would launch so many ICBM's, subs and ships knowing that we would have no option to launch as well? It would break our MAD Treaty (Mutually Assured Destruction) not to mention the end of the world as we know it.

Wow, Surprised nobody has mentioned Jumpman, Who later became known as Mario and spawned a whole heap of games.

Jumpman (Mario) was the Antagonist in Donkey Kong, and his first appearance in video games.

Still got my handheld Donkey Kong.
I think I got 50p a wk pocket money and these cost about 25 or so quid at the time. I remember saving pretty much for an entire year to buy it and, then actually going getting it from Argos one Saturday.
1wk later it had lost a little of its appeal. They weren't the broadest of gaming experiences.
