96 Tears was a song by the Stranglers (IIRC) in tribute to the 96 people who died in the Hillinsborough football stadium disaster

South Yorkshire Police have been criticised for opening the gate allowing a mass of football fans to enter the stands resulting in many people being crushed to death

Before this incident football stands were standing only. Since then all football stadium stands are seating only

Do you really believe the other side without provocation would launch so many ICBM's, subs and ships knowing that we would have no option to launch as well? It would break our MAD Treaty (Mutually Assured Destruction) not to mention the end of the world as we know it.

Yes that's right, unless The Stranglers intended it as a tribute, though I can't see anything about it on the Wikipedias entries.
