Name two "monster" tv series shown on Brit Tv in 70s and 80s. None of the Hammer classic characters.

Hmm, I thought that would be easy but it's not...

By 'monster' if you mean horror anthologies then a couple would be the BBC's Ghost Story for Christmas shown between 1971 and I think 1978, and Dead of Night, also a BBC series shown in 1972. Hammer produced 2 anthology series in the 80s, Hammer House of Horror, and Hammer House of Mystery and Suspense.

None of those. Monster as in an entity(non human) that terrorises people. One was adapted from a 60s sci fi movie. The other is 80s sci fi.

Triffids was one. Chimera was about a rogue Gorilla?

The other was the rather obscure sci fi.. THE TRIPODS.

Name a prolific movie producer of the 50/60s. There is something unusual about this person.

Is the something unusual that it is a woman? A female producer would have been more unusual back then than it is today.
