    2. That's the segment 'Creeping Vine'.

    3. That would be Bernard Lee and Jeremy Kemp.

    4. Think it was Neil McCallum.

    5. It is a coffin with Count Valdemar inside.
    Excellent. 100% staffslad.

        Vault of Horror...

        1. Who was the film's director?

        2. First Man: Good evening. The table d'hôte is rather nice, sir. Juice, soup, roast, sweet, coffee.

        Second Man: That'll be fine!

        Which was the segment?

        3. In one segment, two actors who were contemporaneously appearing in a very popular series of associated sitcoms on ITV appeared in similar roles. Can you name them?

        4. who played Terry-Thomas's new wife in one of the segments?

        5. What is Terry Thomas's character's fate in the segment?

        Good luck...

It wasn't Fisher. Hint: He directed 2 other entries in the Amicus anthology series.

Yes, the vampire one. Hint: not quite a midnight mass.

            The others are correct.

Only other director I can think of is Roy Ward Baker.

              It was Midnight something. feast?

The director was, indeed, Roy Ward Baker.

The vampire segment was Midnight Mess.

Trivia: None of the segments were taken from the Vault of Horror comic, but rather from other EC comics.

                  Dr TERROR:

synopsis: Painter Eric Landor bears the brunt of one of Franklin Marsh's tirades, but gets even by humiliating the critic publicly. Name the segment.

                  Who directed it.

Who played Carroll Rogers in Creeping Vine.

What is the Valdemar legend in Werewolf and what will restore him to human life.

In Voodoo when Biff Bailey stumbles against a wall what does he see.

Donald, which are your favourite and least favourite of the Amicus anthologies?

My favourites are Dr Terror and Tales from the Crypt...I can't really say I prefer one to the other...both are superb.

My least favourite is The Monster Club. For me, the club scenes get too silly and detract from the stories, which are a real mixed bag.

You my friend are incredible. Just no stumping you. You put me in the shade. I like all of the Amicus anthos. They each have at least one silly segment but make up for it with three good ones. I find with all good cimema that I can watch these anthos over and over and still enjoy them.
