    It was What A Carve Up. I can remember watching it on BBC2 back in the 80s while ill with flu and proped up on the settee. It's a good film imo and James and Connor play well off each other. Also, Shirley Eaton, Donald Pleasence and Dennis Price starred.

                Frankie Howerd was brilliant in the carry ons. She he was not a regular actor

                        His biggest success was probably in the sitcom The Rag Trade and his surname is one of the most common in the english-speaking world.

                                Babs Windsor and Esma Cannon were both in the original series from the early 60s.
