The 1968 one isn't actually a movie, but a TV series episode compilation. The first story is episode 2 of series 1 entitled A Picture of Innocence.

Do you really believe the other side without provocation would launch so many ICBM's, subs and ships knowing that we would have no option to launch as well? It would break our MAD Treaty (Mutually Assured Destruction) not to mention the end of the world as we know it.

Not quite. Remember, Olive was pregnant at the time...what kind of tablets do doctors often prescribe to pregnant women that makes them do a lot more of a certain natural function?

Not laxatives. Something else to make them use toilet often.

A well known actress played one of the women drivers. Name her and what did Stan and Jack do to get rid of her?

I answered it but it is probably on the previous page of posts now. I think "grand" was changed to "randy".

I think you mean Pat Coombs. They put spiders in her cab.

Trivia...Coombs played Inspector Blake's sister im the On the Buses spin-off series Don't Drink the Water, in which Blakey retires from his job and moves to Spain with his sister.

When the bus company withdraws the women drivers, what jobs are they given?
