    there was one advert i really liked but not sure what it was for, im sure it was soft mints cause it had a little boy and his world was soft, most of the colour was white, would love to see that one again,

        liked that advert but it also reminds me of a really old skips advert where a guy and girl (may be made from skips)there in a flat the words "melt city and hey soften up soften up" spring to mind, and they go all bendy and wavy.

              Good to see that one again, used to quite like that ad.


              Another one came to mind then too featuring mints......

              Chewy mints, Chewwwwyy mints? Mints are supposed to be like this..... ROCK 'ARD!

                  I remember the Scotch ones well, there was one where the skeleton used a fish bowl (in which a skeleton fish lived,) to pretend to be an astronaut.

                      The version used in the ads was by The Rolling Stones (1964) not Buddy Holly.

                        Good job they got the late great Derek Guyler to do the voice over, otherwise the ads could have have been a bit creepy.
