    Default French Lorry Toy

    Hello,

I am attempting to find a toy from the 1980s which was a lorry that you built using tools. All I can find is a small pic from the side of the box.

The box reads Camion a Assembler which in French translates to self assembly truck.

Can anyone help find what the name of this toy was?

    Thanks
    -RTB

Shame the photo is blurred, looks like a manufacturers logo above the word camion.

It looks like a Matchbox logo - very distinguishable even if blurred.
I am now in my 40s (just in case anyone asks).

The writing on the box is obviously written in French, and so perhaps the Matchbox company had a different name in France, but using the same similar logo shape and colour?
