    In addition to it being nighttime, it is foggy outside as well and it feels as if across the road is a long way away.

    Taken beecham capsules,slice lemon hot water & honey.2 cups liquid broth,2 glasses water & plenty tea & coffee.Got runny nose sore throat is better than this morning,a few coughs.Made me feel worse reading about coronavirus from China

    I have had the odd sneeze and runny nose, but it's not a cold, thankfully - everyone gets it at this time of year.

    I woke up at 3.30am absolutely freezing came down made myself cup of tea & hot water bottle
