  • RIP Peter Bonneti

As well as Norman Hunter passing away Today, Peter Bonneti has also passed away at a very similar age (78). Peter who was equally as great as Norman did'nt pass away of Corona like Norman I must add - it was his illness. Additionaly also by a strange quirk of fate played against Leeds for Chelsea in the 1970 Cup Final

    RIP Peter Bonneti

It does make you think about your own mortality when people remembered from childhood start dropping off the perch. RIP Peter.

My uncle use to take me to see Chelsea FC in the mid 70s. He must have been playing in goal at the time.
