    I Have A Couple.

Duel 1971- Absolutely Rubbish Film 1 hour and 31 mins , i will never get back

Fletch 1985 - properly one of the worst comedy/thriller films out there.

Hail Caeser 2016- only sat through the first 30 mins in the cinema when it came out , that was enough.

Blues Brothers 2000 - the first film is way better.

    What About You Guys.

    I think Duel is great!

You are SO right on Blues Brothers 2000 though.

I bought the missus Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie when it came out on dvd and watched it with her. Now that's a bad film.

Duel works for me, quite minimalist but Steven Spielberg was still learning the directing ropes. It was originally a telemovie but had some scenes added to make it long enough for a theatrical release.

Timothy Dalton was a big disappointment for sure and agree on the Pierce Brosnan ones but I think the only stinker Roger Moore did was For Your Eyes Only.

"Ones" ? ....Only one Brosnan film here (Die another day).....Moonraker was a ridiculous mess, likewise Octopussy but to a lesser extent. The Bond novels were not written as comedies, they were stories of espionage. Fleming would be turning in his grave. Thank goodness Daniel craigs Bond turned the tide

                Oops! - my mistake.

As you say, many of the films are nothing like the books. Moonraker is a good example and the Spy Who Loved Me is another obvious one - completely different. I did like Mr Moore's era though as it was funny and tongue in cheek and I am always up for a re-watch of his stuff.

Nothing like Daniel Craig's bond, but I rate him as well for a different viewing experience. Each to his own!
