  • Early 80s toy figures

I used to collect little action figures when I was young and I can't for the life of me remember what they were called.
They stood about 3-4 inches high and came with accessories. The one I remember the most was a diver, complete with wet suit and harpoon.
Anyone remember these or know their name?

I was going to start a thread on these, but couldn't for the life of me remember what they were called. They were cool though.

Sounds like that was them, although a pic would be nice just to confirm it.

If it was the 80s and they were 3 3/4" high then possibly Action Force? Although the frogman never came with a harpoon. Pictured is the SAS one, which was a repainted version of the earlier orange frogman:

If it was the 60s/early 70s (or hand-me-downs) and they had removable clothes and a harpoon then it could possibly be "Little Big Man" although they were bigger than 4" but do fit the description. I had the frogman one here:

It could also have been Battle Brigade which was another release by Palitoy after the success of Action Man and LBM (above), the frogman is here:

Don't know about Jason, but the ones I'm thinking of sounded like the description for Action Jacks, they were bright colours (orange, yellow, light blue)
