Remember the green and red 3D glasses that comics often gave away?

These were from Shoot but I also remember having some from Look-In. I'll post up a few pictures for anyone that still has a pair of the glasses. They're not perfect but still give a 3D effect.

Does anyone else have any pictures they would care to share?

I remember all the hype of Jaws-3D in 1983,My older Sister went to see it with her friends, and I was gutted that I was not allowed to go, Dont think I ever got to watch it with the glasses.

Surprisingly, with the poor quality of YouTube, some of the 3D there actually works, if you can find the correct colour-coded glasses.

              Search YouTube for: 3d glasses

Just watched Jaws 3D. 3D effects were ok. It was ripped from a VHD disc what ever that is.

Just wish it had stayed buried. Monsters vs Aliens used the bat and ball just like House of Wax did - well, it wasn't as much of a trick mind.

As a spectacle wearer, I was never too impressed as it was rather uncomfortable. Still remember Channel 4's big push - people banging blackboard erasers together whilst telling you to watch the dust. The adults wondered when Countdown was on, whilst the kids waited for the Munsters.

I remember an issue of Zzap 64 was mostly 3D, my friend had a copy but lost the glasses, so it was really hard to read.

In 1993 the BBC had a 3D Children In Need night, at least with that system you could watch it normally without getting a splitting headache.
