  • Doris? The Cat

After pigeon street there used to be a cartoon about two cats that lived togther ( I think it was called Dors) and their friends who visited them. It was in the same format as pigeon street or crystal tips and alastair. I think it was foreign and dubbed but I'm not sure - does anyone else remember it? I'm the only one round here and I'm starting to think I imagined it!

Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it.
Those who live in the past are already repeating it.

I remember this. It was called Doris who had a chum cat called Marlon. There were also other cats like the tiger cat and minky the magic cat. The cats used to make amusing noises. There doesn't seem much out there about it.

'Hilary Hayton created at least two more tv series - stories about a cat called "Doris" and those Puppydog Tales , with Victoria Wood.'
