Name Of Old TV Program

Hi Guys

Can anyone please help me

i partly remember a tv show called something like little jeffy or little zeffy don't really remember but i carn't find it anywhere and no one seems to know it used to be on c2 or c4 i think around 1998/9

Does anyone know anything about this show and exactly what it was called and about etc

English or American? Kids or adult? Cartoon or Live action?

i know it's not much to go on but it was on terrestrial tv in the uk the only thing i remember is the name being something like jeffy or zeffy and it probably was a cartoon

The only cartoon with a character called "jeffy" that I can find is
A Family Circus Easter- but that's more 80's than 90's
