Anyone remember a cartoon for very young kids about a little yellow van?

We watched it in primary school after lunch on one of those big tellys on a stand with the doors on.

The year was about 1979/1980...

Oh, and does anyone have a pic of Duncan the Dragon? He scared the bejesus out of me as a kid...

Nope - it was more like the trotters 3 wheeler - but it had 4 wheels. Was out around the same time as Barnaby the Bear...
