  • Hanna Barbera cartoon 70's

For sometime i have been trying to find out about a 60's-70's cartoon, when HB was at its heyday, that had a adventure type Indiana Jones theme to it. There were a group of people, possibly stranded in a crashed plane, the star who may have been called "Johnny", was a teenager. The opening credits were quick fire excerpts of the stories culminating with the hatch of the crashed plane in a jungle setting, being slammed shut just as a tirade of native spears clattered onto it .
I am sure this was out at least late 60's, possibly when Marine boy was on.
    Anybody?
    (Possibly been answered before)

Rings a bell but looking on HB website nothing springs to mind :-

Definately Johnny Quest...my fav prog as a boy. I can remember running home from school in order not to miss an episode. Fav episode were one with giant mechanical spider and one with a giant( recurring theme) condor. Plenty boys own action each week. They did remake a few years ago but i never caught any episodes.

You might be thinking of Dino Boy, who was in a plane crash in a savage land. It was the companion cartoon to Space Ghost.
