Please help me with "bug" action figure from the 90s!

i had an action figure during the 90s, i think it was around 1997, it was a man wearing a bug suit kind of like spider man but with big bug eyes and a green suit. he later changes the suit to a yellow and black one. he also had a red car and the door windows were like bug eyes. it had spikes down the middle and if you pressed one pincers came out from the front under the headlights. also it had a button at the back that if u pressed it said "step on the gas!". i cant remember what it was called at all! please help!

Think these I found were more late 80's but Sectaurs??
