Furbys (sometimes mistakenly spelled Furbees or Furbies) were cute stuffed animals - like a much cuter version of the Gremlins - that could learn and talk. They came in almost every colour you can think of, although most of them were really bright colours. The brighter your Furby, the better it was!If you played music to your Furby it would do a little dance and if you poked it then it would make some really wacky sounds that were so funny. They never seemed to turn off when you wanted them to so they kept you awake all night - and loads of people, especially mums and dads, found them REALLY annoying!I remember everyone was so crazy about them that the retail prices skyrocketed.
