                    As a parent it is not often one gets one over on ones offspring however as has been known over a few pints at family gatherings the subject of "your first gigs comes up" mines was Uriah Heep(70's HM/prog rock) my sons was S-Club 7....result yesssssssss.

                          Don't feel to bad about it ... to be honest I went to see Five star with friends of mine about 4 -5 years ago ... and they didn't sing "when ever you're ready" so I was very disappointed !!

                            I saw the Three Degrees at a local Threatre in the seventies, that wasn't too bad. But the worst one was............................. Alvin Stardust and the Sweet both appearing together at the same time at a local venue back in the seventies, my brother had some free tickets........(Should have declined LOL)

                              mine was M.C.Hammer,supported by snap at the N.E.C. in Birmingham,i think it was 1990!! and yes,i did wear unnaturally baggy trousers and thought i looked the mutts nuts!!!!

                                I saw John Farnham at a local gig in 91 or 92, and Suzi Quatro in New South Wales in 94. Didn't mind Suzi but John was a bit boring.
