I'm a bit of a metalhead, but one album I take every where with me and have done since it came out in 1989 is the B-52's Cosmic thing. It reminds me of so many places I went to with it in my walkman!

Was going to mention that one too Paulos! I think Roam, Junebug and Dry County would be my favourites from that album. How about you?

I've got into their earlier stuff more (when Ricky Wilson was still in the band) but CT is a great album and always makes you feel happy

Forgot to mention 'Topaz' from Cosmic Thing, really love that song too.

Another album I really like is Siamese Dream by The Smashing Pumpkins - I find Billy Corgan's voice a bit annoying these days but there's
some good stuff on that album like Today and Quiet.

I have a few that I can listen to without skiping any tracks time after time

life through a lens - Robbie
Fat of the land - The Prodigy
                          Chocolate starfish - limp Bizkit
                          war of the worlds

and (no laughing) the dirty dancing soundtrack
Age is just a number - If yours bothers you stop counting

I've a 60s/70s compilation, 5 CDs put together by Larry Gogan who has an aversion to anything pre-79 on his so-called 'oldies' show on RTE 2fm.

Hunky Dory ( Bowie ) is another indispensable of mine.
