I know that this show will have been discussed a miriad of times but does anyone remember a small plastic projector that you placed various slides into. the slides were rectangular and around 6inches long with 4-5 scenes on each. I belive that they dipicted the Tv series not the films.

    Thanks.

Had something similar , but with Star Wars in comic strip form.

Found it online recently, calling them Give A Show projectors.

Thanks Derekflint, that is exactly the one and sadly adds yet another substantial sum of money to the total potential value of toys I have destroyed.
I think the next time My own children have toys bought for them I going to take the boys to KFC (their favourite) and put the toys in the loft to gain in value.

        cheers people

I take it that you always had to buy the whole thing - that the strips were not available separately.
No wonder they went out of business - surely they would have sold more if they had sold projectors and strips apart.

they did do a variety of 'slide-only' packs, but they were just re-releases of slides that came with the sets over the years ie there were no NEW slide subjects sets created
