    Re: RIP David Carradine

Growing up in the seventies, it was actually my younger brother that was the big fan of Kung Fu. He would always make sure the TV was on the right channel at the right time and I would sit there alongside and watch.

Very sad to hear the news, especially how he died. Upsetting.

Really shocked to hear this today. Awful.

Kung Fu was such an iconic series in the 70s.

        Very sad news.

Recently I was watching Kill Bill & I was impressed by his performance as Bill.

Both ruthless & charismactic I was unsure how things would end as The Bride caught up with him.

              FRANKIE BOYLE:-

Actor David Carradine has been found dead in a wardrobe in his Bangkok hotel room, after 'accidentally' hanging himself while attempting auto-erotic asphyxiation.
He was best known for his role as Kwai Chang Caine in the TV series Kung Fu.. Well not any more he's not.

I had a huge crush on him when he was in Kung Fu. Sorry for him and his family. Very sad situation but I'm relieved it was an accident rather than suicide.

Not a bad way to go for a man in his seventies!

The thing that got me about Kung Fu was:-
Cain used to arrive at a town and say "I come in Peace"
The next 50 minutes of the show were then filled with footage of him kicking the living sh*t out of everybody!
                    How does that work???
