For years I've been trying to remember a one-off children's drama shown on BBC 1 around Christmas of 1984 or 1985.
The thing a mainly remember was that someone was locked in a room full of old furniture.
They managed to escape by making a Heath Robinson style hand glider out of a picture frame and some bedsheets!
After using this device they survive by eating snow.
