HELP with an 80's French puppet cartoon...

please please!!!! i need to find out if this cartoon show ever was dubbed in english... i watcht it on Tcc The Children's Channel...

And i´ll keep telling myself that it was dubbed in english but i can´t find any information of it..and it is about puppets with a cat and an ostrich as anchors..

But it is so strange because there is no information and i mean absolutely non information of the english dubbed version...i mean thereshould be some info of it.... =/

I have searched for it on TCC's Programmes from the site The Children's Channel - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia but no Telechat...

I know that it was on The Children's Channel i am not imagining it hehe... it´is almost like it never existed other then in france..And i also think that the english titel for the show was something else..
