1970's TV movie

Does anyone remember a TV movie from the 1970's about a little boy who went missing in America. His mother was a single parent and a few years later he was found living with an elderly couple in a trailer park working as their 'slave'. Remember seeing it twice in the 70's but cannot find a title anywhere.

It wan't that movie with Rick Shroeder as a little boy was it? Or maybe it was that movie called "I know my first name is stephen"....I think that was more 80's though.
