i was wondering if this film ever got remade, and while the answer is not yet, there is another film with this title starring kristy swanson and judd nelson, now i haven`t seen this film but the reviews ain`t good, but it did get me thinking maybe someone should make another black hole film or a sequel to the first, if they include vincent with a different crew they should pull it off, no doubt someone will remake this film but who should play the human cast and why them.

There is talk of a re-make. But why? Leave it as it is. A classic.

It was like the sci-fi "Watcher in the Woods".Disney goes long. A real oddity.
Genuine speculative fiction, but with a few puppets for the kids
But it was the theme that really stood out.
(Beta band used it in their poor second album.)

I remember seeing it on TV years ago & found it quite scary, mostly the time the car fell of the bridge.
