I can't remember the name of a teen drama, and I have tried searching many subjects on the internet but have failed to find anything on all accounts!
My vague memory: A drama in the 90's where there are no parents, but kids living on their own in run down cities and forming their own groups/tribes. They all wear outragious looking clothing. The show focuses on one group that is enimies with another, older group, of primarly boys (this last part I am not entirely positive on.)
