      I've enjoyed the odd one but this decade seems to be taken over by manufactored artists which are unremarkable to say the least.I blame it on the invention of the kareoke machine.

        Over the years there've been some real belters that have sadly only got into the top 5 or so at Christmas cos of the X factor type chart storming.

        Its pleasant to realise that the old brigade ( us lot ! ) can still influence the charts by choosing to download - I did and tried to talk my sisters into it as well but they were all under the sway of Simon Cowell
