  • Early 90's mini series 'Take Me Home'

Does anyone else remember this? Keith Barron was in it as a taxi man and his wife was played by Annette Crosbie out of 'One Foot in the Grave'. He has an affair with this younger married woman. I don't know her name but she was in 'Shameless' and 'Eastenders'. I think her husband was your man in 'Corrie' who's with Gail at the moment. It was great. They were a very unlikely pair actually, made it more scandalous.

Yes I remember this. Naughtyness on the back seat of the cab, Annette Crosby in a shorty nighty and plastered with make-up trying to compete with a girl half her age.

Maggie O'Neill and Reece Dinsdale were the younger couple.

I met Keith Barron years ago. Lovely man and surprisingly sexy (considering he's not my type). Kept plying me with Benson & Hedges
Also met Reece who seemed very shy and sweet.

This brief clip is all I could find YouTube - Take Me Home - 1989 BBC Drama

This was a really good drama. Very well acted by all.

I bought a copy on DVD from ebay a couple of years ago. Planning to watch it over Christmas
One of my favourite 80s dramas
