  • Go For It - TV programme from 90's

I think it's called 'Go For It' or something similar.

The format was that children were set phyisical challenges, educated about being active, etc. There were a couple of presenters; a man and a lady called Angharad. Anybody else remember the programme or have a link?

I've been trying to find information relating to this programme too
I seem to remember the theme tune went "Go For It...aaaaaaah, Go for it now" (or something like that )

I remember this being on in the mid 1980s, in the 5:35 slot on BBC1 that Neighbours later took over.

In one episode they put all the food this lorry driver would eat in an normal day into a plasic frog. At the time I was 8 & could have lived for a week on that amount of food.
