  • US Sitcom?

I'm trying to remember the name of a US sitcom. I guess it would've been early 90s but I'm not exactly sure.
It was a cheery farce set in a mansion and mostly involved the antics of the staff. I think it was studio-bound as I remember it being quite bright and slick.
It's theme tune went something like:

    It's a grand life,
    It's a gra-a-nd life,
It's an almost more than you can stand life,

    Strike up the band,
    It's a graaaand...
    life.

    Something like that. Any ideas?

That sounds like "Marblehead Manor", with Linda Thorson of "The Avengers" as lady of the house, Paxton Whitehead as the butler and Michael Richards (Kramer from "Seinfeld") as the gardener.

Yes, that must be it. Thanks Lurker In The Shadows.
Looks like it only ran for one season (87-88) as part of a failed sheduling experiment.
Don't know if it would stand up to scrutiny today, but I did enjoy it at the time.
